A digital menu QR for your restaurant, cafe, or dhaba. Edit dishes and prices anytime, the printed QR keeps working. FSSAI and GST friendly.
How Restaurant Menu QR works
Pick a slug and we host a free digital menu page with photos, prices, allergens, and multi-language. Or paste a link to your existing PDF or website. Update anytime, the QR on your tables never needs to change.
After signing in, you can add menu items, prices, and photos in your dashboard.
After saving, go to Dashboard to Edit URL to update the destination anytime.
Optional controls. Leave any field blank to skip it.
Scans after this date show a 410 expiry page.
Scans before this date show a "Not active yet" page (IST).
Scanner must enter this before redirect.
When set, each scan picks one of these at random instead of the primary URL.
Route scans to different URLs by device (ios, android, desktop), time (IST hour range like 09-17), or country (2-letter code like IN). First matching rule wins, otherwise the scan goes to your primary URL.
No rules yet. Add up to 5.
Attach campaign tags to the destination URL. Empty fields are skipped. Works only for http(s) URLs.
Save a style (colors, dot and eye style, logo) and reuse it on any QR.
Adds a coloured CTA wrap around the QR on download. Free.

Paper menus get sticky, torn, lost, and expensive to reprint every time you change a dish or a price. A digital menu QR removes all of that. Customers scan the QR on the table or at the entrance, the menu opens in their browser, and they read on their own phone. You change the menu in your dashboard whenever you want, the printed QR keeps pointing to the latest version. Post-pandemic, Indian customers expect contactless menus at cafes, dhabas, fine-dine, and quick-service restaurants alike.
Pick the hosted mode above and choose a slug like shree-cafe. Sign in to your dashboard and add menu items with name, price, category, photo, allergen notes, and language variants. The hosted page is mobile-first, fast, and indexable on Google so customers searching for your restaurant find the menu. If you already have a PDF or web menu, switch to PDF mode and paste the link, the QR encodes that URL directly.
With hosted mode you change dishes, prices, or stock-out status from your phone. The QR on the table never changes; only the destination does. So when you raise the dosa price by ₹10, you update once and every table reflects it immediately. No more whiteout pen, no more "the menu price is wrong" arguments.
Food businesses in India must display the FSSAI licence at the premises. The hosted menu page can include your FSSAI licence number prominently and a link to verify it. The QR sticker at the entrance can be placed next to the FSSAI certificate so inspectors and customers see both. GST and tax information can be shown per item if applicable. None of this is required to make a menu QR, but it is included if you want it.
One per table on a laminated A5 tent so every guest can scan independently. One at the entrance on an A4 board next to the FSSAI certificate. One on the takeaway packaging for repeat order ease. One in the delivery slip so customers find the menu next time without searching. For multi-outlet chains, generate one QR per branch with our Bulk tool.
