Terms of Use.

By creating an account, claiming a Smart Tag, or using the QR generator tools on QRSprint, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are short.
1. What QRSprint does
QRSprint generates QR codes in your browser and offers Smart Tags that act as a privacy relay. Your real contact details (phone number, email) are stored in our database but never shown to people who scan your tag. Scanners reach you through QRSprint, not directly.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian register tags on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of any messages sent through QRSprint and any information you publish in a public scan profile.
3. Privacy and data
See the Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and how to delete your account. Short version: we collect only the minimum needed to operate the relay and the dashboard, and we never sell your data.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use QRSprint to harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam
- Do not register tags for property you do not own or have permission to manage
- Do not abuse the relay channel to send commercial promotions to strangers
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
5. QR code content
Static QR codes generated with our free tools encode data directly into the QR pattern and are not moderated by QRSprint. You are solely responsible for the content you encode. Do not generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
6. Paid plans and refunds
Paid subscriptions and physical tag orders are governed by the pricing displayed at checkout. Digital plans (Pro, etc.) may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Physical tag orders are non-refundable once shipped. 7. Service availability
QRSprint is a growing product. Outages, bugs, and downtime will happen. We work to fix them quickly but offer no uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual property
QR codes you generate using your own content belong to you. The QRSprint platform, design, and branding are owned by QRSprint. You may not copy the platform or use the QRSprint name or logo without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
QRSprint is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of QRSprint after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
