Where marketing teams use QR codes
Every printed surface in a campaign is a potential touchpoint. Dynamic QR codes turn static print into a measurable, editable digital entry point.
Dynamic QR codes let you link any printed piece to a live destination, change that destination at any time, and see exactly which placements drove scans.

Bridge the gap between print and digital. A QR on a flyer carries readers straight to a product page, booking form, or video demo without typing a URL.
Turn packaging into a live channel. Point the code at a tutorial video, loyalty programme, or refill offer, and update the destination at any time without changing the box.
Out-of-home placements used to be untrackable. A dynamic QR logs every scan with city and time of day, so you see exactly which location drove traffic.
Place unique codes in each magazine or newspaper insertion. Compare scan counts across titles, dates, and placements to see which print spend is actually working.
Add a QR to postcards or catalogues for a personalised URL (PURL) experience. Redirect cold responders to a nurture page and warm ones to a checkout, all without reprinting.
Put QRs on badges, booth banners, and handouts. Collect opt-ins, share schedules, and update the destination to a post-event recording the day after the show closes.
Go to the dynamic QR generator, enter the destination URL for this campaign, and generate the code. You can add your brand colour and logo before downloading.
Download a print-ready SVG (vector, no pixelation at any size) and drop it into your artwork. Run one code per placement so you can separate the analytics for each one.
Open your dashboard to see scans by day, city, device, and hour. If a campaign underperforms, update the destination URL instantly, no new print run needed.
Static QR codes have one permanent destination. Dynamic QR codes decouple the printed pattern from the URL behind it, which gives marketing teams four capabilities that static codes cannot provide.
A dynamic QR stores the link on QRSprint's servers, not in the pattern itself. Change the URL at any time: redirect to a sale, a new product, or a different language version.
See exactly how many people scanned, which cities they were in, whether they used iPhone or Android, and at what hour. No more guessing whether print ads drove any traffic.
Create one code per ad location (bus shelter A, magazine page 34, trade-show booth). Compare them in the dashboard to cut placements that do not convert and double down on those that do.
Every modern phone camera reads a standard QR code natively. Your audience does not need to install anything, which removes friction at the critical moment of engagement.
Vector output scales from a 3 cm flyer insert to a 5-metre billboard without losing sharpness. Drop it into InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva and the quality stays perfect.
Running a direct mail campaign with thousands of unique URLs? Upload a CSV and download a ZIP of individually named QR codes, ready for merge printing.
Yes, with a dynamic QR code on QRSprint you can update the destination URL at any time from your dashboard. The printed code stays exactly the same: you redirect it to a new landing page, a seasonal offer, or a different campaign without reprinting a single sheet.
Each QR code you create gets its own analytics page showing scan count by day, city, device (iPhone or Android), and hour of day. Use separate codes for each ad placement (flyer, billboard, mailer) and compare their stats side by side in your dashboard.
Yes. Standard QR codes are readable from a distance when printed large enough: roughly 1 cm per 10 cm of scanning distance as a guideline. For a 3-metre billboard viewed from 5 metres, a 30 cm code is reliable. QRSprint exports print-ready SVG so the code scales without pixelation.
A minimum of 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm is the practical floor for handheld print. Most designers use 3-4 cm for A5 flyers and 4-6 cm for A4 sheets. Always include a quiet zone (white border equal to 4 modules wide) around the code or phone cameras may misread the edges.
You can generate and download QR codes free with no signup. Scan analytics, the ability to edit the destination after print, and bulk generation from a CSV are available on paid plans. Pricing is shown on the plans page and is billed in INR with no USD conversion.
